Welcome to American Cash & Carry. By using our website or placing an order through it, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Store Information

American Cash & Carry is a retail store specialized in imported products, serving customers through our branches in Jordan and through our online store.

2. Products and Prices

We do our best to display products, prices, and information accurately. However, product availability and prices may change without prior notice.

All prices shown on the website are tax-inclusive. Prices, offers, and promotions may be updated at any time depending on availability and business updates.

3. Product Availability

Placing an order through the website does not guarantee that all products are available. If any item is unavailable, we may contact the customer to update, replace, or remove the unavailable item from the order.

4. Delivery

We provide delivery across Jordan.

The delivery fee is 3 JOD only across most areas in Jordan, excluding Al Aghwar and Al Azraq areas.

Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 hours if the full order is available at one of our branches. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours maximum.

5. Payment

Payment is available upon delivery only.

We accept cash on delivery, CliQ on delivery, and card payment on delivery if the driver has an electronic payment machine.

Please note that choosing card payment on delivery may delay your order, as not all drivers carry card payment machines.

We do not accept prepaid CliQ payments or any other prepaid payments before delivery.

6. Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange or return may be accepted depending on the condition and nature of the product, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that exchange or return must be completed by visiting one of the American Cash & Carry branches. We are unable to send a driver to collect products for return or exchange.

Opened, used, or damaged products after delivery cannot be exchanged or returned, especially food products and personal care items, unless there is a clear mistake from the store or an issue with the product.

7. Order Issues

If you receive a wrong item or if there is a missing item in your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order so we can review the case and assist you.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before it is out for delivery. Once the order has been dispatched with the driver, cancellation may not be available.

American Cash & Carry reserves the right to cancel any order in case of product unavailability, pricing error, inability to contact the customer, or delivery address issues.

9. Website Use

The website must be used legally and properly. Any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive use of the website is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy

We respect our customers’ privacy. Information provided during the ordering process is used only for order processing, customer communication, delivery, and service improvement.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

American Cash & Carry reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes are published means acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Product Ingredients and Dietary Responsibility

Some products sold by American Cash & Carry may contain ingredients such as alcohol, gelatin, pork-derived ingredients, or other ingredients that may not be suitable for certain dietary, religious, or personal preferences.

Customers are fully responsible for checking the product ingredients, labels, nutritional information, and manufacturer details before purchasing or consuming any product.

American Cash & Carry is not responsible if a customer purchases a product that contains ingredients they do not wish to consume. Product ingredients may vary by manufacturer, country of origin, or production batch.

We strongly advise customers to review the product label carefully before purchase.

الشروط والأحكام

مرحبًا بكم في موقع American Cash & Carry. باستخدامكم لهذا الموقع أو إتمام أي طلب من خلاله، فإنكم توافقون على الشروط والأحكام التالية.

1. معلومات المتجر

American Cash & Carry هو متجر مختص ببيع المنتجات المستوردة، ويقدّم خدماته من خلال فروعه في الأردن ومن خلال الموقع الإلكتروني.

2. المنتجات والأسعار

نحرص على عرض المنتجات والأسعار والمعلومات بأكبر قدر ممكن من الدقة، إلا أن توفر المنتجات والأسعار قد يتغير دون إشعار مسبق.

جميع الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع شاملة الضريبة، وقد يتم تعديل الأسعار أو العروض في أي وقت حسب التوفر أو التحديثات التجارية.

3. توفر المنتجات

إتمام الطلب عبر الموقع لا يعني بالضرورة تأكيد توفر جميع المنتجات. في حال كان أي منتج غير متوفر، قد يتم التواصل مع العميل لتعديل الطلب أو استبدال المنتج أو إزالة المنتج غير المتوفر من الطلب.

4. التوصيل

نوفر خدمة التوصيل داخل الأردن.

رسوم التوصيل هي 3 دنانير أردنية فقط لمعظم مناطق الأردن، باستثناء مناطق الأغوار والأزرق.

عادةً يتم التوصيل خلال ساعة إلى 3 ساعات إذا كان الطلب متوفرًا بالكامل في أحد الفروع، وقد يستغرق التوصيل حتى 24 ساعة كحد أقصى في بعض الحالات.

5. الدفع

الدفع متاح عند التوصيل فقط.

نقبل الدفع عند الاستلام نقدًا، أو من خلال CliQ عند التوصيل، أو من خلال البطاقة البنكية عند التوصيل إذا كان السائق يحمل جهاز الدفع الإلكتروني.

يرجى العلم أن اختيار الدفع بالبطاقة عند التوصيل قد يؤدي إلى تأخير الطلب، لأن أجهزة الدفع الإلكتروني غير متوفرة مع جميع السائقين.

لا نقبل الدفع المسبق عبر CliQ أو أي وسيلة أخرى قبل استلام الطلب.

6. سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

يمكن قبول الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع وفقًا لحالة المنتج وطبيعته، بشرط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وبحالته الأصلية، ومع الفاتورة أو إثبات الشراء.

يرجى العلم أن عملية الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع تتم من خلال زيارة أحد فروع American Cash & Carry فقط، ولا تتوفر خدمة إرسال سائق لاستلام المنتجات المراد إرجاعها أو استبدالها.

لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة أو المتضررة بعد الاستلام، خاصة المنتجات الغذائية أو منتجات العناية الشخصية، إلا في حال وجود خطأ واضح من المتجر أو مشكلة في المنتج.

7. أخطاء الطلبات

في حال وصول منتج خاطئ أو وجود نقص في الطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال أقرب وقت ممكن من استلام الطلب حتى نتمكن من مراجعة الحالة ومساعدتكم.

8. إلغاء الطلب

يحق للعميل طلب إلغاء الطلب قبل خروجه للتوصيل. بعد خروج الطلب مع السائق، قد لا يكون الإلغاء متاحًا.

كما يحق للمتجر إلغاء أي طلب في حال عدم توفر المنتجات، أو وجود خطأ في السعر، أو تعذر التواصل مع العميل، أو وجود مشكلة في عنوان التوصيل.

9. استخدام الموقع

يجب استخدام الموقع بطريقة قانونية وصحيحة. يمنع استخدام الموقع لأي غرض احتيالي أو غير قانوني أو محاولة تعطيل خدمات الموقع أو إساءة استخدامه.

10. الخصوصية

نحترم خصوصية عملائنا، ويتم استخدام المعلومات التي يتم تقديمها عند الطلب فقط لأغراض معالجة الطلب، التواصل مع العميل، التوصيل، وتحسين الخدمة.

11. التعديلات على الشروط والأحكام

يحق لـ American Cash & Carry تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق. استمرار استخدام الموقع بعد نشر التعديلات يعني الموافقة عليها.

12. مكونات المنتجات والمسؤولية الغذائية

قد تحتوي بعض المنتجات المعروضة لدى American Cash & Carry على مكونات مثل الكحول، الجيلاتين، مشتقات الخنزير، أو أي مكونات أخرى قد لا تناسب بعض الأنظمة الغذائية أو الدينية أو التفضيلات الشخصية.

يتحمل العميل المسؤولية الكاملة عن التحقق من مكونات المنتج، الملصق الغذائي، معلومات التغذية، وتفاصيل الشركة المصنعة قبل الشراء أو الاستهلاك.

تخلي American Cash & Carry مسؤوليتها في حال قام العميل بشراء منتج يحتوي على مكونات لا يرغب باستهلاكها. كما قد تختلف مكونات المنتجات حسب الشركة المصنعة أو بلد المنشأ أو دفعة الإنتاج.
