Return & Refund Policy

At American Cash & Carry, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Returns and refunds may be accepted depending on the condition and nature of the product.

1. Return & Exchange Conditions

Returns or exchanges may be accepted only if:

  • The product is unused.

  • The product is in its original condition.

  • The product is returned with the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • The product is eligible for return based on its type and condition.

2. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened, used, damaged, or partially consumed products cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Food products

  • Drinks

  • Personal care items

  • Beauty and hygiene products

  • Any product that has been opened or used after delivery

Exceptions may apply only if there is a clear mistake from our side or a confirmed issue with the product.

3. Return Location

All returns and exchanges must be completed by visiting one of our American Cash & Carry branches.

Please note that we are unable to send a driver to collect products for return or exchange.

4. Refunds

Refunds may be approved after the returned product is checked by our team.

If the refund is approved, the refund method and timing will be confirmed depending on the original payment method and the case.

5. Order Issues

If you receive a wrong item, missing item, or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can review the case and assist you.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد

في American Cash & Carry، نحرص على رضا عملائنا عن مشترياتهم. يمكن قبول الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال حسب حالة المنتج وطبيعته.

1. شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال

يمكن قبول الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال فقط في الحالات التالية:

  • أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم.

  • أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية.

  • إحضار الفاتورة أو إثبات الشراء.

  • أن يكون المنتج قابلًا للاسترجاع حسب نوعه وحالته.

2. المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع

لأسباب تتعلق بالسلامة والنظافة، لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة أو المتضررة أو المستهلكة جزئيًا.

ويشمل ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

  • المنتجات الغذائية

  • المشروبات

  • منتجات العناية الشخصية

  • منتجات التجميل والنظافة

  • أي منتج تم فتحه أو استخدامه بعد الاستلام

قد يتم الاستثناء فقط في حال وجود خطأ واضح من طرفنا أو وجود مشكلة مؤكدة في المنتج.

3. مكان الاسترجاع

يجب إتمام جميع عمليات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال من خلال زيارة أحد فروع American Cash & Carry.

يرجى العلم أنه لا يمكننا إرسال سائق لاستلام المنتجات المراد إرجاعها أو استبدالها.

4. الاسترداد

يتم قبول الاسترداد بعد فحص المنتج المرتجع من قبل فريقنا.

في حال الموافقة على الاسترداد، سيتم تأكيد طريقة ومدة الاسترداد حسب طريقة الدفع الأصلية وحسب الحالة.

5. مشاكل الطلبات

في حال استلام منتج خاطئ، أو وجود نقص في الطلب، أو وصول منتج متضرر، يرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن بعد استلام الطلب حتى نتمكن من مراجعة الحالة ومساعدتكم.
